For: Students or early-career Lacanian professionals.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in, or completed, Lacanian psychoanalytic training (school or cartel).
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (if qualified).
  • Active engagement with Lacanian theory and practice (e.g. reading groups, lectures, talks, etc).
  • Signed agreement to follow the Society’s rules for good and fair behaviour.
  • Submission of:
    • A short professional bio (200–300 words)
    • A statement of interest in Lacanian psychoanalysis (max 1 page)
    • One letter of recommendation

Member GBP £90/year

For: Qualified Lacanian Psychoanalysts (2+ years)

Requirements:

  • Completed Lacanian psychoanalytic training (school or cartel).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Active participation in Lacanian community (seminars, talks, lectures, congresses, reading groups, etc).
  • Signed agreement to follow the Society’s Code of Ethics.
  • Submit a short case reflection (1–2 pages).
  • One letter of recommendation.

Fellow GBP £170/year

For: Experienced Lacanian Psychoanalysts (3+ years)

Requirements:

  • Completed formal Lacanian psychoanalytic training (school or cartel).
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in Lacanian psychoanalysis.
  • Active and ongoing involvement in the Lacanian field (events, publications, etc).
  • Signed commitment to follow the Society’s ethical guidelines.
  • At least one public contribution (e.g., lecture, paper, case study).
